Enter Topology Edit Mode

Select the topology on the left side, and click "Edit" to enter topology edit mode.

Add/Delete Devices

In topology edit mode, click "Add Device" to manage devices.

Add Devices: In the "Add Device" pop-up window, select the devices you want to add, then click "Save". The selected devices will be placed on the interface.

Delete Devices: In the "Add Device" pop-up window, uncheck the already selected devices, then click "Save". The unchecked devices will be removed from the interface.

The system will automatically remember the selected devices, and the selected devices will be placed at the top for easier viewing.

In topology edit mode, click "Auto Discover" to automatically discover links.

A confirmation dialog will appear, indicating that auto-discovery will modify the current links in the topology.

After confirming, auto-discovery will start, and the waiting screen will be displayed.

Wait for the process to complete, and the links in the topology will be updated.

In topology edit mode, when connecting two devices, the "Add Link" pop-up window will appear.

Click on the port dropdown to select the connection ports for the devices. By default, one link is shown.

Click the "+" on the right to add a new port connection, or click "-" to remove the corresponding port connection.

If the selected port is already in use by another link, a warning will be displayed.

In the connection, ports already occupied by other devices cannot be selected.

Click "Add Link" to add the link, or cancel the editing by clicking either "Cancel" or the "X" in the upper right corner of the pop-up. If there are duplicate warnings or blank ports, the "Add Link" button will be disabled.

After clicking "Add Link," the link is successfully added.

Right-click on the link and select "Edit" to trigger the "Edit Link" pop-up for editing the link. Reconnecting devices with existing links will also trigger the "Edit Link" pop-up.

The "Edit Link" pop-up will display the existing port connections, allowing you to modify, delete, or add connections.

Similarly, click "Add Link" to add the link, or click "Cancel" or the "X" to cancel. If there are duplicate warnings or blank ports, the "Add Link" button will be disabled.

After clicking "Add Link," the link is successfully edited.

Topology Auto Layout

The four layouts are Tree Layout (Auto Hierarchy Layout), Grid Layout (Auto Grid Layout), Circular Layout (Auto Circular Layout), and Elliptical Layout (Auto Elliptical Layout).

Tree Layout

The "Auto Hierarchy Layout" cannot be applied when no devices are selected. Once a device is selected, clicking "Auto Hierarchy Layout" will organize the layout with the selected device as the root node.

Grid Layout
Clicking "Auto Grid Layout" without selecting any devices will automatically layout all global elements.

If some devices are selected, the layout will only be applied to the selected devices.

Circular Layout
Click "Auto Circular Layout" without selecting any devices will automatically layout all global elements.

If some devices are selected, the layout will only be applied to the selected devices.

Elliptical Layout
Click "Auto Elliptical Layout" without selecting any devices will automatically layout all global elements.

If some devices are selected, the layout will only be applied to the selected devices.
