The set routing route-map map set-action extcommunity bandwidth command sets the BGP link-bandwidth extended community for the prefix (best path) for which it is applied.

The delete routing route-map set-map action action extcommunity bandwidth command restores the default behavior of not modifying the BGP link-bandwidth extended community of the route.

Parameter

Parameter

Description

route-map <route-map-name>

Specifies the name of the route map. Required.

order <NUMBER>

Specifies the sequence number of the entry. Required. The value is an integer that ranges from 1 to 65535.

<bandwidth>|cumulative|num-multipathsThe link-bandwidth can be specified as an explicit value (specified in Mbps), or the router can be told to use the cumulative bandwidth of all multipaths for the prefix or to compute it based on the number of multipaths.non-transitiveOptional. The link bandwidth extended community is encoded as transitive unless the set command explicitly configures it as non-transitive.

Example

  •  The following command examples show how you can set the BGP link bandwidth extended community against all prefixes.
Code Block
admin@Xorplus# set routing route-map GlobalMap order 10 set-action extcommunity bandwidth num-multipaths
