You can use the telemetry dashboard to track real-time performance data from various network devices, such as port traffic, bandwidth utilization, and packet loss rate. The real-time monitoring data is also used to predict equipment failures and performance anomalies and then trigger immediate alarms.

Monitored Telemetry Data

You can see the following telemetry data in the telemetry dashboard:

  • Ports

    • in-octets

    • in-pkts

    • in-discards

    • in-error

    • in-fcs-errors

    • out-octets

    • out-pkts

    • out-discards

    • out-errors

  • Modules

    • output-power

    • Input-power

    • laser-temperature

    • utput-power - input-power

  • AI

    • Ecn-Marked-Packets

    • Send-Pfc-Pause-Frames

    • Receive-Pfc-Pause-Frames

    • Pfc-Deadlock-Monitor-Count

    • Pfc-Deadlock-Recovery-Count

Setting the Telemetry Dashboard

  1. In the AmpCon-DC UI, click Dashboard > Telemetry Dashboard.

  2. Select a time range for the data display.

  1. Click the setting icon, you can designate the telemetry data types to display.
