The set protocols bgp neighbor activate command enables the address-family capability and exchange of information specific to an address family with a BGP neighbor.
The delete protocols bgp neighbor activate command removes the address-family capability and disables the exchange of routes for the specified address-family with the BGP neighbor.
Command Syntax
set protocols bgp [vrf <vrf-name>] [ipv4 unicast|ipv4 labeled-unicast|ipv6 unicast|ipv6 labeled-unicast] neighbor <bgppeer> activate
delete protocols bgp [vrf <vrf-name>] [ipv4 unicast|ipv4 labeled-unicast|ipv6 unicast|ipv6 labeled-unicast] neighbor <bgppeer> activate
