The set routing route-map action src command sets the preferred source address for matching routes when installing in the kernel.
The delete routing route-map action src command restores the default behavior of not modifying the source address of the route entry.

Command Syntax

set routing route-map <route-map-name> <NUMBERaction src {<ipv4-address>|<ipv6-address>}

delete routing route-map <route-map-name> <NUMBER> action src {<ipv4-address>|<ipv6-address>}

Description

route-map <route-map-name>

Specifies the name of the route map. Required.

<NUMBER>

Specifies the sequence number of the entry. Required. The value is an integer that ranges from 1 to 65535.

 src {<ipv4-address>|<ipv6-address>}

Specifies the preferred source address to be set for a route.


Example

  •  Configure a action clause in the route map to modify the source address of the route:
admin@Xorplus# set routing route-map GlobalMap 10 action source address 100.100.100.1
admin@Xorplus# commit
