To manage a new switch with AmpCon-DCCampus, you need to add the Hardware ID of the switch to an AmpCon-DC Campus license by updating an existing AmpCon-DC Campus license or creating a new AmpCon-DC Campus license as described in Preparing Licenses.

Then, you need to import the updated or new license to AmpCon-DCCampus.

Procedure

To import an AmpCon-DC Campus license, follow these steps:

1. Get the updated or new license from the License Portal.

   1. Log in to the License Portal, and then click AmpCon Licenses.

   2. Click Copy to copy the license string or click Download to download the .lic license file.

3. On the “License Management” page, click Import.
