The set routing route-map match ip prefix-len command matches the outgoing interface value of the route with the value configured in the match clause.
The delete routing route-map match ip prefix-len command restores the default behavior of not matching the outgoing interface value of the route.

delete routing route-map <route-map-name> <NUMBER> match ip <address|next-hop> prefix-len <prefix-len>
