The set protocols bgp neighbor send-community command enables community and/or extended community exchange with the specified neighbor. When this command is configured for the peer-group, then all the neighbors that are part of peer-group will send the community values to the peers. The parameters standard and extended send only the respective community numbers. When the command is issued with parameter all, both standard and extended communities will be sent to the neighbor.
The delete protocols  bgp neighbor send-community command will not allow the neighbor to send community values to the specific neighbors that are part of peer-group.
