Installing the AmpCon-DC Server

You can install the AmpCon-DC server on a virtual machine or a physical machine by using one of the following methods:

• Installing with a .ova image file

You can install the AmpCon-DC server by importing the AmpCon-DC server .ova image file to a virtual machine management platform that supports importing .ova files, like VirtualBox or VMware ESXi.

• Installing with a .ovf image file

You can install the AmpCon-DC server by importing the AmpCon-DC server .ovf image file to a virtual machine management platform that supports importing .ovf files, like VMware ESXi.

• Installing with a .qcow2 image file

You can install the AmpCon-DC server by importing the AmpCon-DC server .qcow2 image file to a virtual machine management platform that supports importing .qcow2 files, like virt-manager or GNS3.

• Installing on a physical machine

You can install the AmpCon-DC server on a physical machine (Ubuntu 22.04 with Docker) by using the AmpCon-DC server installation package.
