1. Any fan has failed:

A. Model does not match system
B. The actual speed read is less than 3000 rpm (judged as stalled).
C. Fan power_ok abnormality

2. Any fan is not in position (see CPLD register);

PWR LED

Power supply not present.

This power is operating normally.

A. Power module failure, no output of 12V, 54V
B. Power module not connected to AC power cord

C. Cannot read the model number of the power supply module.
