set protocols bgp import vrf
The set protocols bgp import vrf command imports the routes from one VRF to another VRF or sets route-map for the imported routes.
The delete protocols import vrf command deletes leaked routes from one VRF to another VRF or deletes route-map for the imported routes.
Command Syntax
set protocols bgp [vrf <vrf-name>] {ipv4-unicast|ipv6-unicast} import {vrf <text-import-vrf> | vrf-route-map <route-map>}
delete protocols bgp [vrf <vrf-name>] {ipv4-unicast|ipv6-unicast} import {vrf <text-import-vrf> | vrf-route-map <route-map>}
Parameter
Parameter | Description |
vrf <vrf-name> | Optional. Specifies a VRF name. The value is a string. It’s a user-defined VRF set by the command set ip vrf <vrf-name> [description <string>]. |
{ipv4-unicast|ipv6-unicast} | Required. Specifies the IP address family type. |
vrf <text-import-vrf> | Specifies a name of the VRF to import the routes from. |
vrf-route-map <route-map> | Specifies the route map of a VRF. |
Example
• In the following example commands, routes in the BGP routing table of VRF East are dynamically leaked into VRF West.
admin@XorPlus# set protocols bgp vrf West ipv4-unicast import vrf East admin@XorPlus# commit
• The following example sets route-map for the imported routes in VRF West.
admin@XorPlus# set protocols bgp vrf West ipv4-unicast import vrf-route-map map1 admin@XorPlus# commit
