By using the  "Image Management" function, we can check the uploaded images list, add or remove images.

After the image management function is applied, user can select the uploaded images for “Deployed image path” & “Installing ONIE *.bin file” in dropdowns.

And MD5 file will automatically change according to the selected image if it has been uploaded in “Image Management”.

Show Uploaded Images List

“Image”, “Platform”, “Version”, “Revision”, “Create Time” & “Update Time” will be displayed in page.

If the image uploaded with MD5, then it will have MD5 badge icon in image name column.

This will be resolved from image name.

Latest PicOS image will only have 4 types: [as4610 | n3000 | n3100 | x86].

If user upload an image which can not resolve the platform from image name, then the platform value will be “other” (This case also used for the old images which were built for every individual hardware model.)

Version

Version number of the image.

This will be resolved from image name.

Revision

Revision / commit number of the image.

This will be resolved from image name.

Create Time

Create time of this image.

Update Time

Update time of this image.

Upload Images

1.        It will support to upload local PicOS image & MD5 file from web browser. (MD5 file is optional)

Once the file uploaded, version, revision and platform will be automatically updated according to the file name. (User need to specify these information if it isn’t able to resolve this information from file name or the file name is with old style)

2.        It will support to download PicOS image & MD5 file with HTTP/HTTPS URL. (MD5 file is optional)

3.        It will support to download the latest GA PicOS images from https://csp.pica8.com/sw-prod/PICOS-GA/.

The GA image site requires a customer SSO account login credential (which should be the same as the license portal login credential) for authentication. The configuration in “Settings” -> “System Configuration” -> “License portal user” & “License portal password” will be used here for authentication, and it will fail to download the image if the credential is invalid.

User can select the images in list and click upload to download the images

The image which is already existed in AmpCon will not be able to be selected in form.

Remove Images

It will support to remove images from image list table.
(If the uploaded image has been used for a hardware model, then it is not able to be removed).

Upload MD5 File

1.    It supports to upload local MD5 file from web browser.

 2.      It supports to upload MD5 file with HTTP/HTTPS URL.
