UPoE

With the development of technology, the maximum power required by the PD access devices has increased, and the maximum power provided by the PoE standard 802.3at cannot meet the power requirements. From PICOS 2.11.14, PICA8 supports the Universal Power over Ethernet (UPoE) function to supply up to 51 watts On AS4610-30P, AS4610-54P, 65 watts on N3048EP-ON and AG6248C for certain UPoE ports, thereby providing more power to the PD devices, including IP cameras, video servers, compact switches and IP phones, etc.

You can use set poe interface {<port-id> | all} max-power <integer> command to set the maximum output power delivered by the PSE device.

NOTE:

On AS4610-30P and AS4610-54P, only the last 8 RJ45 ports of the switch, which are, ge-1/1/17 - ge-1/1/24 on AS4610-30P, ge-1/1/41 - ge-1/1/48 on AS4610-54P, support UPoE. For these UPoE ports, the maximum output power can be set up to 51 watts.
On N3048EP-ON and AG6248C, only the first 12 RJ45 ports of the switch, namely, ge-1/1/1 - ge-1/1/12, support UPoE. For these UPoE ports, the maximum output power can be set up to 65 watts.
On N3132PX, all the RJ45 ports of the switch, namely, ge-1/1/1 - ge-1/1/32, support UPoE. For these UPoE ports, the maximum output power can be set up to 65 watts.
