set l3-interface loopback vrf

The set l3-interface loopback vrf command can be used to bind the loopback interface to a VRF. Multiple loopback interfaces can be configured within a user configured VRF or the default VRF.


Command Syntax

set l3-interface loopback <interface-name> vrf <vrf-name>


Parameters

Parameter

Description

loopback <interface-name>

Specifies the name of the loopback interface. The value is a string.

vrf <vrf-name>

Specifies the name of the VRF for the loopback interface.


Example

  • Bind the loopback interface lo2 to vrf2.       
admin@Xorplus# set l3-interface loopback lo2 vrf vrf2
admin@Xorplus# commit
