set l3-interface vlan-interface ipv6-nd prefix router-address

Run the command set l3-interface vlan-interface ipv6-nd prefix router-address to set the R flag to indicate to hosts on local link that the specified prefix contains a complete IP address. This flag is not set by default which means hosts do not assume a complete IP address is placed.

Run the command delete l3-interface vlan-interface ipv6-nd prefix router-address to unset this flag.

Command Syntax

set l3-interface vlan-interface <vlan-interface> ipv6-nd prefix <IPv6 Prefix> router-address

Parameters

Parameter	Description
vlan-interface <vlan-interface>	Specifies the VLAN interface name. The value is a string.
prefix <IPv6 Prefix>	Specifies the IPv6 prefix, e.g. fa00::0/64.

Example

This example sets the R flag for the given prefix.
