The set interface aggregate-ethernet aggregated-ether-options lacp fallback timeout command configures the LACP fallback timer.


Command Syntax

set interface aggregate-ethernet <lag-interface> aggregated-ether-options lacp fallback timeout <timer>


Parameters

Parameter

Description

aggregate-ethernet <lag-interface>

Specifies the LAG interface name. The value is a string like ae1, ae99 and so on.

NOTE:

LACP fallback can only be applied on the LACP LAG interface, but not on a static LAG.

timeout <timer>

Specifies the timer to bring up a LAG and keeps one member port active. The value is an integer.

The default value is 10 seconds.


Example

  • Configure LACP fallback timer to 20 seconds.
admin@Xorplus# set interface aggregate-ethernet ae1 aggregated-ether-options lacp fallback timeout 20
