set protocols ethernet-oam interface enable
The set protocols ethernet-oam interface enable command can be used to enable or disable EFM OAM function on a specific interface. Note that both ends of the connected OAM link need to be configured with this command to enable the EFM OAM function.
The delete protocols ethernet-oam interface enable command deletes the configuration.
Command Syntax
set protocols ethernet-oam interface <interface-name> enable <true | false>
delete protocols ethernet-oam interface <interface-name> enable
Parameter
Parameter | Description |
interface <interface-name> | Specifies an interface name. The value could be a physical interface. |
<true | false> | Enable or disable EFM OAM function on a specific interface. The value could be true or false.
By default, EFM OAM function is disabled. |
Example
Enable EFM OAM function on a specific interface.
admin@PICOS# set protocols ethernet-oam interface te-1/1/19 enable true
