set protocols bgp neighbor evpn activate
Run the command set protocols bgp neighbor evpn activate to enable or disable the BGP peer within the EVPN address family to enable EVPN route exchange with the specified BGP peer.
Optional parameter vrf can be used to identify a VRF, if not defined, the command takes effect on the default VRF.Â
Command Syntax
set protocols bgp [vrf <vrf-name>] {neighbor <ip>| peer-group <peer-group> |interface <interface>} evpn  activate <true | false>
Parameter
Parameter | Description |
vrf <vrf-name> | Specifies the name of the VRF. The value is a string. |
neighbor <ip> | Specifies the IPv4/IPv6 address of a peer. |
peer-group <peer-group> | Specifies a peer group. |
interface <interface> | Specifies an L3 interface for BGP connection. The value could be a VLAN interface name, loopback interface name, routed interface or sub-interface name. |
activate <true | false> | Enables or disables the address family for the specified neighbor

- Configure the device to enable EVPN BGP route exchange with peer 3.3.3.3 in VRF BLUE.
