The set protocols snmp trap-group version command configures the version of the SNMP trap messages.The default version is v2. 


Command Syntax
set protocols snmp trap-group version <version>
delete protocols snmp trap-group version <version>


Parameter

 •<version>  version of the trap messages

                    • v1     version 1

                    • v2     version 2

                    • v3     version 3

                    

Example

 •This example configures version 3 to the trap messages


admin@XorPlus# set protocols snmp trap-group version v3 
admin@XorPlus# commit
