set protocols bfd multihop peer local-address receive-interval
The set protocols bfd multihop peer local-address receive-interval command configures the minimum interval that this system is capable of receiving control packets for a multi-hop BFD session.
The delete protocols bfd multihop peer local-address receive-interval command sets the configuration to the default value.
Command Syntax
set protocols bfd multihop [vrf <vrf-name>] peer<peer-ip> local-address <local-ip> receive-interval <receive-interval>
Parameter
Parameter | Description |
vrf <vrf-name> | Optional. Specifies a VRF name. The value is a string. It’s a user-defined VRF set by the command set ip vrf <vrf-name> [description <string>]. |
peer <peer-ip> | Specifies the peer for a BFD session. The value is an IPv4 or IPv6 address. |
local-address <local-ip> | Specifies a local address used to send the packets. The value is an IPv4 or IPv6 address. |
receive-interval <receive-interval> | Specifies the minimum receive interval in milliseconds. Range: 300 to 60000. Default: 300ms. |
Example
- Configure the minimum receive interval to 500 milliseconds.
