User can configure the switch whether to use criteria for handling AS external routes.


Command Syntax
set protocols ospf4 vrf <vrf-name> rfc1583-compatibility<bool>


Parameter

• <vrf-name> Optional. Specifies a VRF name. The value is a string. It’s a user-defined VRF set by the command set ip vrf <vrf-name> [description <string>].

Note that: The configuration is in the default VRF if not explicitly bound to any VRF.

• <bool>Criteria for handling AS external routesRequired select include:

  • true
  • false


Example
• This example configure the switch to use criteria for handling AS external routes.

admin@XorPlus# set protocols ospf4 rfc1583-compatibility true 
admin@XorPlus# commit
