To set the estimated time needed to send an OSPFv3 LSA update packet, use the set protocols ospf6 area interface vif transmit-delay command in L2/L3 configuration mode.
Command Syntax
set protocols ospf6 vrf vrf-name area area-id interface interface-name vif vif-name transmit-delay time
Parameters
vrf-name | Optional. Specifies a VRF name. The value is a string. It’s a user-defined VRF set by the command set ip vrf <vrf-name> [description <string>]. Note that: The configuration is in the default VRF if not explicitly bound to any VRF. |
area-id | OSPFv3 area identifier. |
interface-name | Interface name. |
vif-name | Virtual interface name. |
time | The estimated time to send and LSA to a neighbor. The range is 0-3600. |
Example
The following example configures OSPFv3 transmit delay to 2 seconds:
admin@Switch# set protocols ospf6 area 0.0.0.0 interface vlan2 vif vlan2 transmit-delay 2
